Grilled Fish Food Court

Food preparation facilities such as Restaurant/ Grilled Fish Food Court are the biggest contributor in this programme. Among the major projects that are currently in the limelight are those which are able to generate average annual revenue of RM0.5 million per location.
With the ‘Fresh Fish Cuisine’ concept and supply of marine products direct from Fish Marketing Project, the Fishermen Association can now afford to make this project among the Fisheries Development of Malaysia (LKIM) core project apart from opening up opportunities to the fishermen’s families to increase their income. The assistance received are in the form of constructing and upgrading of Restaurant/Grilled Fish Food Court, provision of equipment, promotion and branding, including courses and practical trainings to develop human resources. A total of 23 Restaurants / Grilled Fish Food Courts projects have been carried out throughout Malaysia.
